Mustard Seed, Cumin Seed, Hing, Chopped Green Chilli, Onion, Tomato, 200gms Paneer Cubes, 1 Tbsp Basket Tandoori Mayo, 1 Whole Wheat Roti, 2 lettuce Leaves, Oil


  • Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a Non-stick pan & add 1tsp mustard seed & cumin seed, 1 pinch of hing.
  • When seeds crackle, add 1 chopped green chilli, onion & Tomato and saute until Cooked.
  • Add 200gms Paneer cubes, salt to taste, and 1 tbsp of Tandoori Mayo and cook for a minute.
  • Prepare a well cooked roti of whole wheat flour.
  • Place 2 lettuce leaves on the roti.
  • Top it with Paneer filling & spread some Eggless Mayonnaise over it and roll the roti tightly.
  • Serve Immediately.
