Ingredients:

Chopped Garlic, Ginger, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, French Beans, Celery, 6 Tbsp Basket Schezwan Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, 3 cups Chinese Rice, Salt, Oil.

Preparation:

  • Heat 1.5 tbsp Oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Add 2tsp chopped garlic & 1 tsp chopped ginger, and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
  • Add 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion, capsicum, carrot, french beans and saute on a high flame.
  • Add 2 tbsp chopped celery, 6 tbsp Basket Schezwan Sauce, 1tsp Soy Sauce and Vinegar and 2 tbsp of water.
  • Mix well and add 3 cups of Chinese Rice and salt.
  • Cook on medium flame.
  • Finally, serve Schezwan fried rice garnished with spring onion greens.
